Vice Director & Head of the Resource Management and Strategy Directorate

Marco Erni has been vice director and head of the Resource Management and Strategy Directorate since 1 July 2025. From 1999 to 2019 he held various positions at the Swiss security company Securitas, including project manager, head of training, deputy head of human resources, head of IT, and chief information officer (CIO). In January 2020, Marco Erni joined fedpol as chief information officer, head of digital governance and deputy co-head of the Resource Management and Strategy Directorate.
