In view of the situation in your home country, it is essential to collect information that may be used in future criminal proceedings for war crimes and other violations of international criminal law. That is why we need your help.

If you:

  • are a victim of abuse by military units or other armed groups (including torture, abduction, displacement, rape, appropriation of other people's property, use of biological/chemical weapons or mines),
    and/or
  • have witnessed such attacks on civilians (including injury or killing),
    and/or
  • have witnessed attacks against civilian objects (including, but not limited to, ambulances, hospitals, cultural property, schools and religious buildings)
    and/or
  • have witnessed ill-treatment of members of combat units as they surrendered

please answer the following questions.

Did you suffer or experience crimes during the war and do you agree to report
these crimes to the competent authority in Switzerland for the purposes of
