Barbara Odermatt has been co-head of the Communications and Executive Staff Office Division since 1 July 2025, leading the team jointly with Marco Jeker. After completing her studies in Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Fribourg, she joined fedpol in 2009 and held various positions in the Resource Management and Strategy Directorate until 2025, including senior staff member, head of staff and deputy head of the Directorate in a co-leadership role.
